At The Gates - Terminal Spirit Disease

Facts Reissue. The third album from the acclaimed Swedish melodic death metal legends. Remastered by Dan Swanö at Unisound. Swedish At The Gates was formed in 1990, and the Gothenburg-based group released four highly successful and influential studio albums before the band split up in 1996. They later reformed in 2007 and launched successful, widely acclaimed live shows around the world, as well as a series of studio releases, until the respected vocalist Tomas Lindberg's far too early passing. At The Gates developed a unique and groundbreaking sound in the early 90s, with intense yet complex, dynamic and melodic death metal, which cemented their reputation as one of the pioneers of the European scene. They blended a violent mix of distinct melody and brutal riffs into a sound that was extremely heavy, yet remained memorable to listen to. 'Terminal Spirit Disea
