Asaf Avidan - The Study On Falling

Facts The “The Study On Falling" LP by Asaf Avidan was released in 2017 on Telmavar Ltd and brings the Israeli singer-songwriter’s sixth studio album to vinyl. The edition includes key tracks such as “To Love Another," “Sweet Babylon," and the single version of “The Study On Falling," documenting Avidan’s return to acoustically driven arrangements with clear Americana and folk-rock influences. The material was recorded in the United States, which is reflected in the warm guitar lines and organic rhythm tracks. Musically, the album combines Avidan’s distinctive falsetto voice with sparse electric guitar riffs, striking melodies, and a forward-driving song structure that leaves room for subtle instrumentation.
