Axe - Living On The Edge (Collectors Edit

Facts Special Deluxe Collector's Edition. Remastered, with improved artwork and interviews. Their second album is a melodic pomp rock masterpiece on the MCA/CURB label. Produced by Tony Reale, the label decided to release a cover song as the album's opening track: “I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch),” originally by the Four Tops. It was clear that MCA had very little understanding of the band's fanbase, and unfortunately their label head was replaced, and the band was left without a contract. Axe appeals to fans of 80s rock and metal, such as April Wine, Foreigner, Uriah Heep, Balance, and Touch.
