Brothers Of The Baladi - Gravity Of Love

Facts Brothers of the Baladi celebrate their 40th Anniversary with the release of their 12th album Gravity of Love. This album proves that there's plenty of musical sharpness and hunger in their mix of Middle Eastern music influences and Western rock. With Gravity of Love, they make a conscious decision to push themselves and to create something that draws together musical cultures. Their cover of Jimi Hendrix's One Rainy Wish is a perfect choice for the album's centerpiece. This is the first album using electronics and programming, electric guitar, bass, and drums in addition to the traditional middle eastern instruments that has garnered Brothers of the Baladi a Grammy nomination, NPR features, film and TV placements and fans worldwide.
