Cosey Mueller - Embodiment of Denial (CD)

Facts Like someone pulling signal from static, Cosey Mueller continues to find innovative permutations on Punk and Experimental Electronic, developing them into a distinctive style in her impressive discography - of which "Embodiment of Denial" serves as a new highpoint. An increasingly driving danceability is the backdrop for a heightened focus on Mueller's commanding voice. Ear-catching hook after hook is loaded across the album's eight tracks, while, far from the empty sloganeering parodied on "Der Politiker", she reclaims the declarative statement for the forces of good.
