Einseinseins - Energie (Lightblue Vinyl Lp)

Facts Dynamism, layered sound and plenty of power: that is what Niels Hoffmann, Alex Fedorov and Johannes Rosswog are about. This is challenging, as the title suggests, and political too. Irresistible beats from drums and bass, stubborn guitar riffs, broad soundscapes and free-jazz-inspired keyboards. Here is a band that wants to be more than nostalgic Krautrock. Art is not made for art's sake here. It is about something. Energie is a fast album that never loses its energy. On the contrary, it keeps gaining speed, combining pure playing energy with a desire to experiment. Light blue vinyl LP.
