Facts Exoto bildades 1989 och släppte sin första demo 1991. Den andra demon släpptes 1992 och två låtar hamnade på en 7". Bandet växte och spelade med Morbid Angel, Malevolent Creation, Grave och Gorefest. 1993 spelade bandet in sin debut och en andra fullängdare släpptes 1995. Som bonus medföljer fem livespår inspelade i början av 90-talet.
