The High Water Marks - Proclaimer Of Things

Facts The fourth album from The High Water Marks, a band comprised of Hilarie Sidney, co-founder of Elephant 6, one of the most influential musical collectives of the past 30 years and songwriter/drummer of The Apples In Stereo. Proclaimer of Things is a 39-minute blast of hook-laden numbers that careen and roll mightily away with jangling precision and indie rock smarts.
