Hillbilly Thomists - Marigold (LP)

Facts Vinyl LP pressing. 2024 release. Drifters seeking Hollywood happiness, minor prophets preaching to folks who won't listen, working class sages, and incarcerated saints - Marigold by The Hillbilly Thomists is filled with characters making their way through this valley of tears. It's a folky down-home Folk album with tight vocal harmonies, jumpy banjo picking, and jangly dobro slides that point listeners to practice patient hope amidst the choking thorns of life and that whoever you are and whatever path you're traveling on, it's the Lord who justifies.
