Linus Kuhlin - Ett Tidsfördriv Att Dö För - Boken Om Kent

Facts "They'll write books about us." Those are Joakim Berg's words, taken from "Vi är för alltid." When the song was released on Kent's final album, "Då som nu för alltid," the band had long been by far the biggest in Sweden. Kent is an institution, yet a band defined by integrity and independence.

"Ett tidsfördriv att dö för" (A Pastime Worth Dying For), the first comprehensive biography of Sweden's leading rock band, was originally published in 2021, five years after Kent bid farewell to its audience. Author Linus Kuhlin follows the pride of Eskilstuna, from the first faltering steps in their hometown to the sold-out, emotional farewell tour.

Ahead of the band's reunion on stage in 2025, the book is released in a new edition. A new chapter has literally been written about Eskilstuna's pride.
