Pierre Richard - Les Voyages de Gulliver (D'apres Jonathan Swift) (CD)

Facts Published in 1721, Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels immediately met amazing success and became one of the most famous novels of all time. A satire on human nature but also a parody of the "travellers' tales" literary sub-genre, the novel tells the most unbelievable adventures with marvelous characters: giants, Lilliputians, talking animals. These situations and characters are the occasion for Jonathan Swift to give a distorted reflection of our own world. This reading (in French) of this adaptation for children (6 to 10 years old) is performed by Pierre Richard, surrounded by musicians and actors.
