Facts Danish folk and jazz quartet TINGO return with Medvind Modvind, an album of original compositions and reworked Scandinavian folk melodies shaped by the interplay of trumpet, saxophone, double bass and drums. Drawing on Nordic folk traditions alongside modern jazz and improvisation, the cordless quartet creates an open, spacious sound in which melodies and rhythms constantly weave around one another.
