Word Alive - Dark Matter

Facts Phoenix, AZ's The Word Alive stride into the 2016 release of their fourth album with a new swagger - the kind of confidence one only can emit when they truly know themselves. It's this process of self-discovery that has driven the band to their limits to create Dark Matter - a collection of powerful tracks as impressive as their musicianship and their reputation for incredible live performances. Starting in 2009, The Word Alive solidified themselves as a fan favorite with debut full-length Deceiver, tirelessly touring alongside the likes of Killswitch Engage, The Devil Wears Prada, A Day To Remember and Motionless In White. Everything has paved the way for The Word Alive's biggest, boldest, and bravest statement in Dark Matter, kicked off by cinematic single "Trapped" and huge-sounding "Made This Way". This is a band taking everything to the next level - and their efforts to reinvent themselves without taking away the core sees them emerging as a band reviving not just themselves but the whole scene.
