Facts
Cosmic Garden Project shapes its distinct psychedelic sound from folk music, ambient, and repetitive psychedelic rock, with poetry and visual art. Its musical roots lie in TGS, International Harvester, and Älgarnas Trädgård.
With the album "Red Sand Blue Soil," Cosmic Garden Project leaves Earth behind to find new expressions and other dimensions, both musically and spiritually. It uses the map of Mars as visual inspiration for both lyrics and sound. 4 shamans travel together through unexplored soundscapes.
The album was recorded at Silence Studio in Koppom, Sweden, by Anders Lind.
Field recordings by Anders Lind. Also recorded at Studio Katakomb in Gothenburg, Sweden, by Pontus Torstensson. Mastering by Hans Olsson at Svenska Grammofonstudion. The new album is released on Sound Effect Records / Green Street Records. Cover art: Per Svensson.
